The ToolBox software must match the Firmware version in your codec to work properly.

Both the Firmware version and the ToolBox version have what’s called an RPTP number that must match.

For example, at the time of writing this the current version of G3 Firmware is 1.6.144 RPTP 106 and the current ToolBox version is 4.14.70 RPTP 106

Both have an RPTP of 106 so they Match.
